Delivery charges:

We offer free shipping on most items to around 66% of the Australian population ie: Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra,Melbourne Adelaide & Perth Metro areas. Metro areas are defined by the carriers, If delivering to Western Australia delivery cost to Perth postcode is the cost we will pay. If we can possibly service other areas free of charge we will do so but furniture is generally bulky and can be expensive to move. For all other areas we will contact with you as soon as possible to let you know a freight price. If you agree we will send an invoice for the freight.(flat packed furniture only).

(Please note that extra charges will apply to other areas, not considered Metro areas, this offer does not include commercial products, please contact us in store for a quote on shipping for commercial products)

Excluded items:

Most items that are on sale, special or clearance will not have free shipping. Please contact us via the contact page for a freight quote. 

Delivery Time:

All delivery times are aproximate due to the uncertain nature of deliveries, eg: mechanical failure, accidents, road closures due to acts of nature etc.To keep our customers happy we use a variety of different courier companies to get the best delivery price we can. Your chosen delivery location and size of your item can impact the delivery time. Providing all items are in stock we will ship your item within 4 business days after payment clears. Please note that some of our decor items may take up to 40 days to arrive. Please let us know if you require your items faster, please note that extra shipping fees may apply. 

Tracking your order:

We like to keep our customers as informed as possible. So at the time of your purchase we will provide you with an estimated arrival time and where possible we will also provide a tracking number so that you are able to see where your item/s are at all times. Again, unfortunately, to a large number of factors outside of delivery drivers control, eg: mechanical issues, traffic accidents, delays at other drop off points, times cannot be given for deliveries.  

Delivery Policy:

Due to courier terms all items must be delivered to a full street address. We cannot deliver to a PO Box.  We require a full street or work address where someone will be there to sign for the goods if no-one is there further delivery fees may be charged depending on the courier company. Due to security reasons we are not able to do authorise to leave shipping. There must be some one home to sign for the order. Pick up from the couriers depot may be allowed, this will depend on courier companies terms and conditions.

Picking up your order:

Any order can be collected from our Sunshine Coast showroom, of course this will be no extra charge and we will even ensure all items are assembled and ready to be taken with you. Once your items arrive in store we will contact you to arrange for pick up. Please note that, depending on availability, it can take up to 4 weeks for items to arrive in store.

Rejected by Receiver

If your item is a gift, please ensure the receiver knows about it to avoid parcel rejection. A re-delivery cost will occur if parcel has to be resent.

The expected time delivery given by each courier is for reference only. Delivery might take longer than expected due to various
reasons. If you do not receive your item within 10 business days, please contact our customer service team.

Pick up or arranging your own courier is not available at our warehouse to ensure our distribution centre can dispatch all goods efficiently at all times.

Undeliverable Packages

In the unlikely event that your parcel is returned to us, our customer service representative will contact you via email.

Inaccurate address

If there are any address discrepancies with your order the product is returned us, a customer care team member will be in touch .A re-delivery cost will occur for any products that are returned to us.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt

If no one is present when the order arrives and it is being delivered by Australia Post, a notification will be left in the mail box for you to pick 
up your parcel in your local Post Office. If your item is delivered by Fastway or Allied Express, arrangement will be made in advance to ensure
your item to arrive at your door at your convenience. A re-delivery cost will occur if you are not home at the arranged time.
