Returns/ swapping Items

Please contact us on (07) 3281 1528 if you have any questions about returns, we will try our hardest to help where we can. Please note we do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind e.g. wrong colour or size. We do offer a 24 hour loan service as well as online stool selector options which allows you to see the product in your home before you commit to buying. We understand that even with these services that it can sometimes be difficult to know if a product will work for you and your family so we do offer, at our discretion, an option to swap a product, this is only for items that are of equal value (please note that if you decide to go with a product that is of higher value you will have to pay the difference). There is a 30% restocking fee for all items swapped over, this is due to the fact that our suppliers will not let us return a product, so all items that are returned to us will be put into storage until we are able to sell it on (please note that once the product is returned to us it is no longer a new product and we are unable to sell this product for the same price). It is the customer's responsibility to pay freight on all products returned as well as freight for the swapped product to be delivered to your chosen address.


Refunds are only offered for damaged on arrival products, we do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind e.g. wrong colour or size. Refunds will be issued through the same method that you used to pay for your item. Please note that if a refund is issued through paypal please note that there are paypal fees that apply.
